POLICIES

GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders will take 1-3 Business Days to be processed before shipping. Shipping will take 2-4 business days. Please be aware This excludes weekends and holidays. However if you need a order faster than standard shipping time choose our express shipping option. Orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday.

PLEASE MAKE SURE ADDRESS IS CORRECTLY ENTERED AND INCLUDES ALL RELEVANT AND/OR REQUIRED INFORMATION

RETURN & EXCHANGE 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUND we only accept exchanges and store credit if the item hasn't been worn or damaged. WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES ON WHITE ITEMS

Exchange must be made 7 Days after purchase for a store credit or exchange of any other item. Keep in mind that if you need to exchange an item the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. Please pay attention to the item description before placing your order. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact USPS and report as a claim.  However we will do our best to help you !

PICK UP POLICY

Once you place your order you will receive an email or text with all information for pick up PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR INFORMATION IS CORRECT RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY remains the same for pick up customers. Orders must be made by 3P.M the latest to pick up same day unless stated otherwise.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL ORDERS 

ANY CUSTOMER THAT OPEN A DISPUTE AFTER MAKING A ORDER WITH US WILL BE BANNED FROM SHOPPING WITH US IF THERE'S AN ISSUE WITH YOUR ORDER OR YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS CONTACT US WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU IN 24 HRS
